Sonsoles started out as a master of music (MM, Manhattan School of Music, New York) after the 10,000 hours of practice needed to excel at the art of classical piano playing.
10 years of experience-based specialization in initiating, leading and performing multidisciplinary projects of contemporary classical music in The Netherlands and abroad have made her a maestra in the art of decluttering and warming up of organizations.

Where classical music and traditional organization models say: ‘we know how it is and you have to like it’, contemporary classical music says: ‘we will create it’. 
Her attitude as an advisor/consultant is identical to that of the contemporary classical music: her focus is to create a team that works instead of an organizational model that is predictable.
